Shipping Policy

We ship all orders throughout Israel via Israel Post.

Processing and Shipping Times:

Orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days from the date the order is placed.

Delivery times depend on Israel Post and usually range between 7–14 business days.

Delivery times do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, or public holidays.

Shipping Cost:

The shipping cost is ₪25 for standard mail delivery.

Important Notes:

The customer is responsible for providing the correct name and shipping address at the time of the order.

Please make sure your details are accurate to avoid delays or delivery issues.

In exceptional cases of shipping delays, we will be happy to assist and communicate with Israel Post on your behalf, but we are unable to control actual delivery times.

Self Pickup:

Self pickup is available in Kfar Saba. Please coordinate in advance with Moshe at 053-7738014.
