1.1 The Website is operated by Nadav Books and is intended for the purchase of printed and digital books.

1.2 These Terms of Use apply to all use of the Website, including purchasing products, viewing content, and/or contacting us.

1. Purchases and Payments

2.1 Purchases on the Website may be made using a credit card or a PayPal account, according to the available payment options.

2.2 After completing the purchase of a digital book, a download link will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

2.3 Printed books will be delivered according to the shipping details provided by the customer.

2.4 The prices displayed on the Website include VAT unless otherwise stated.

2.5 The company reserves the right to update prices and/or purchase terms from time to time.

1. Cancellations and Returns

3.1 Purchases of digital books are final and cannot be canceled or refunded after the download has been completed.

3.2 Cancellation of a printed book purchase will be handled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

3.3 In the event of a transaction cancellation, the customer will receive a refund of the amount paid, minus cancellation fees if applicable according to law.

1. Copyright and Intellectual Property

4.1 All copyrights and intellectual property rights on the Website and in its content, including books, texts, images, design elements, logos, trademarks, and software, are the exclusive property of Nadav Books and/or the respective rights holders.

4.2 No content from the Website or from the books sold on it may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, rented, broadcast, or published without prior written permission.

4.3 Digital books are sold for personal use only and may not be transferred, distributed, or shared.

1. Liability and Limitation of Liability

5.1 The information on the Website is provided “AS IS.” Nadav Books makes efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information but does not guarantee it.

5.2 Nadav Books shall not be liable for any damages of any kind resulting from use of the Website or reliance on its content.

5.3 In the event of a technical malfunction or shipping delay, the company will act to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
